SHIPPING
When will my order Ship?
We aim to have your order packed and on its way within 1–3 business days. During busy periods, sales or launches, it might take us a smidge longer — good things (and carefully packed fabric) take time.
How long does shipping take?
Once your parcel is on its way, delivery times depend on where you are. We’re shipping from Darwin, NT, so parcels travelling interstate can take a little longer than those coming from down south. Tracking will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched.
RETURNS
Can I Exchange an Item
For most unused items, absolutely. Get in touch with us and we’ll let you know what your options are. Unfortunately, cut fabric can’t be exchanged or returned unless there’s a fault.
When will I receive my Refund?
Once your return has been received and approved, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few extra business days to pop it back into your account.
What is your Return Policy?
Because fabric is cut specifically for you, we can’t accept returns or change-of-mind exchanges on cut fabric. Unused, unopened notions and other eligible items may be returned within your stated return period. If something arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us and we’ll sort it out.

Can I order fabric in different quantities?
Absolutely! Our fabric is sold in the quantities shown on each product page. If you order more than one unit of the same fabric, we’ll cut it as one continuous piece wherever possible — because nobody wants an unexpected chop in the middle of a project.
Do you offer local pickup in Darwin?
Yes! Select Local Pickup at checkout and we’ll let you know as soon as your order is ready. Then you can pop into the Patch and collect it — dangerously close to even more fabric.
Do you run classes or workshops?

I’m a beginner, can you help me choose fabric and tools?
Please ask us! We love helping beginners. Tell us what you’re making (or even just what you want to make) and we can help you choose the right fabric, work out how much you need and point you towards the bits and pieces to get you started. No sewing knowledge required. ✂️
